Jen got back from work around noon, going to her room tiredly after leaving her coat and boots in the hall

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia came walking down the hall and saw Jen head up to her room, setting a clip board down. "hey! You hungry?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: "Eh?" Jen stopped and looked back at him, "Oh, yeah...All I've had since last night is coffee..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "Good going dumbass!" he smiled to himself. "I've got some pizza in the fridge if you want it."

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: She wrinkled her nose at him slightly and went to get a slice

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "Where'd your brother slink off to?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: "Probably sleeping late like a bum..." She flopped down on the couch and started eating

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: He laughed lightly. "Alright..." Zodia grabbed a squirt gun and headed towards his room. "Be riiight back!"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Jen just nodded slightly and started eating

Abarron was sprawled out slightly in bed; seemingly asleep

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia snickered quietly and aimed the gun at him. "wakey wakey!" and started to squirt him

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He crinkled his nose bridge slightly when the first hit and grabbed his blanket, quickly throwing it over Zodia's head

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "Hey!!" He dropped the gun and got the blanket off his head. "Come on, get out of bed"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron grabbed a corner of the blanket and tried to pull Zodia closer, "I've been awake for the past 20 minutes waiting to see if you'd try getting me up..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia stammered foreward, inches from the bed. "And why were you waiting on me to get you up?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: "Cause...Jen works all night? Everything's black to me so it's not like I can tell what time it is..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "Right." He sat on the edge of the bed. "Maybe i'll get you one of those clocks that ding at the top of the hour?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He wrinkled his nose slightly, "I'd rather not..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "At least that way you'll know what time it is! Well, you'll know if it's 1 or 4." he chuckled lightly.

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron sighed and leaned against him slightly, "I'd rather you just wake me up...?"

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia smiled. "Ok. I think I can do that."

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled a little and reached up; running a hand over Zodia's cheek gently

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: He blushed, letting his cheeks brighten until they went up in temperature. "T-There's...food in the fridge, if you're hungry"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron nodded slightly and let go hesitantly, then got up to go find something

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia watched him with a little bit of a smile. "Can I help you find anything?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He paused, "Dunno, what is there?"

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: "There's...take out from last weekend, left over Pizza, some chili; frozen food...?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: "Geez, we're living like poor bachelors or something..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia laughed. "We won't be poor for long."

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron flopped back down on the bed, "Hope not, I've never been a fan of takeout..."

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: He smiled and tackled him on the bed. "We'll trade in the take out for steak, kay?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He grinned slightly and nodded

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia blushed again and smiled back, taking Abarron's hand and resting it on his cheek. "Why do I like you so much?"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron blushed a little and shrugged, "Cause I'm likable?"

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: He laughed lightly and let him drop his hand. "Very true. Come on, let's get you something to eat"

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled slightly and nodded, "Alright"

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: Zodia got to his feet, put the blanket back on the bed and picked up the squirt gun

2008-10-28 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron got up and stretched out slightly before following him

2008-10-28 [MadHatress]: He stayed at the door way and placed one of Abarron's hands on his shoulder to guide him down the hallway

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: He traced his other hand along the wall to get a feel of things and try learning his way around

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia let him out to the kitchen. "Do you know what you want yet?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron shrugged, "Anything that isn't gross?"

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: He smiled to himself. "Uh...we have some chicken I could fry up?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: "Sounds better than leftover takeout..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: "Alright, Mr. Picky..." Zodia flicked him in the forehead and got things ready to fry the chicken. "Hey Jen? Did you go to bed yet?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: She groaned slightly and pulled herself to look over the back of the couch, "In some ways more than others, yeah..."

He flinched slightly when Zodia flicked him, then laughed lightly at his sister

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia laughed as well. "Then go to bed doofus. We've got a book to work on later before you go back to work."

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: Jen nodded slightly and pulled herself up, "See you then..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: He looked back at her and smiled. "G'night..." Zodia let the chicken cook a moment longer before sticking it on a plate.

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron felt his way over to a chair while Zodia fixed the chicken

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia waited on him to get seated before setting the plate infront of him. "What do you want to drink?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: "Is there any coke left?"

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: He went back and looked in the fridge. "THere's one..." Zodia had to stop himself from throwing the can to him and set it on the table.

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled a little and opened it, "Thanks"

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: "Not a problem." He sat at his side and sighed softly, stretching out.

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: He started eating carefully, "You almost sound bored..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia nodded. "Yeah, a little...I'm used to worrying about possession; now that I don't have that to worry about anymore, I'm bored."

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron nodded slightly, "Well...you could always get a job somewhere like Jen did, granted it would probably suck, but at least it would eat most of your time..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: "That's a good idea. But you'd be here by yourself..."

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: He bit the inside of his lip, "I should be learning to cope anyway, most blind people are able to live on their own and have jobs and pretty regular lives..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: ~good for him.~ "Even better. We'll go job hunting tomorrow...okay? If you want to, you can start at home or something. We'll get you a brail keyboard for the computer..."

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: "I...don't know how to read brail..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia furrowed his brow. "You never learned?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: He nodded slightly, "I haven't really been blind for very long, and I'd heard about people loosing their sight for awhile after head injuries in med school, so I just kept hoping it would come back like it had for other people..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: He nodded. "That makes sense...How long has it been, anyways?"

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: "A couple months, maybe longer..."

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: "Oh. i think it's gonna come back." and smiled to himself.

2008-10-29 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron smiled a little, "I hope so"

2008-10-29 [MadHatress]: Zodia chuckled a little and patted his shoulder lightly. "I'll be in the living room if you need me, ok?"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He nodded slightly, "Thanks"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: He took a seat on the couch and sighed softly.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron finished what he was eating and felt his way back up carefully

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia watched him make his way back over, ready to get up to his aid

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He felt his way over to the couch, though as tall as he was; it bumped into his hips before he felt it with his hands and he nearly fell over it

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: he chuckled a little and leaned over quickly to catch him.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He blushed a little from embarrassment and just jumped over the back, flopping down next to Zodia

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia ducked and covered himself but was still chuckling. "You ok?"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron nodded slightly, "Just didn't want to feel my way around it, with my luck I'd probably trip on the carpet..."

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: "Well you seemed to have tripped on the couch."

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He pouted slightly, "Shush..."

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia rolled his eyes, smiling still and sat up a bit more comfortably. "If you say so"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: "Still bored...?"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: "No, you entertained me for about 5 minutes."

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: "Wow, a whole 5 minutes..."

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: he smiled. "That's an accomplishment."

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: "You have that short of an attention span"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: "sometimes..." he smiled

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He bit his lip, letting his mind wander slightly

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia surfed the channels of the radio for a while "Any thoughts...?"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron blushed a little, "Uh, n-nothing..."

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: He furrowed his brow, then watched him; curiously. "Why are you blushing?"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He brought his eyebrows together slightly, "I am?"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia chuckled lightly. "Yeah. You're cheeks are red...and you were stuttering."

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron smiled shyly and scratched the back of his neck, "Oops..."

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: he smiled a little and patted his leg. "Don't worry about it"

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He touched Zodia's hand gently, then reached over with his free hand to try and tough his face

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia guided his hand over, blushing some

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Once Abarron knew where his face was for sure, he leaned over and kissed Zodia softly

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: He blushed deeper, then kissed back.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He resisted the urge to back away when he felt Zodia's cheek heat up some under his hand

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia started to relax a little more and got comfortable with him against his lips.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron held it for a bit after he relaxed, but decided not to push his luck and broke it hesitantly

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: When Abarron broke the kiss, he just sat there kind of dazed.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He bit the inside of his lip when he didn't hear Zodia do anything, "You alright...?"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: "y-yeah, just tryin' to get used to that" chuckling lightly

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled a little

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia bit his lip and leaned into him again, resting his hand lightly on Abarron's cheek to let him know he wanted another kiss

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron blushed a little but obliged and kissed him again sweetly

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: he kissed just as sweetly before breaking away.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He let Zodia back off when he wanted, ~Well that's a step in the right direction...~

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: Zodia broke the kiss entirely and dropped his hand, speechless.

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron tilted his head a little but stayed quiet

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: "We like each other... that's why we kissed, right?" Zodia chuckled at himself

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: He blinked slightly "What other reason would there be...?"

2008-10-30 [MadHatress]: he laughed at himself again. "Just making sure I got this right."

2008-10-30 [DragonicTunes]: "I'm guessing that because of the possessions, you've never really been in this kind of situation?"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: "Right. I've never been able to get close to someone without getting them hurt or having them run off scared"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled a little, "Well I'm not running, and hurting you definitely isn't on my agenda..."

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia chuckled softly. "I'm grateful!"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: "I'm sure..."

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: He smiled as he played with Abarron's hand for a while. "F-feel like working on the book until your sister gets up?"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: He nodded slightly, "Might as well, there's not much else around here to do"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia got up and retrieved the book's pages from the desk. "One of these days, there's going to be plenty to do."

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: "Probably, like maybe we could go on a vacation to like...Paris, or Jamaica or something..."

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: He plopped back down next to him and put the pen to paper. "Paris sounds good. what about Asia? Japan..."

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron smiled, "That would be awesome to as long as we didn't go driving during rush-hour"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: "Yeah. We wouldn't have many cars to worry about...just a LOT of people"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: "Sounds like trouble to me..."

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: "Then we'll walk" He chuckled and looked at the last couple of pages

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled, "How far along have you and Jen written so far?"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia looked at the page number. "We're at 100 and....69"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: "Wow, can't be that long now until you're done"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: He smiled and let come through his voice. "I'd say we could get another hundred in and that's it."

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: He smiled back a little, "How far is it as far as what happened?"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia bit his lip. "We're at the part where Alyia's got me possessed, and I'm chasing you guys through the house; working on the trap. She's molding in what you guys did while I was out of the picture"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron nodded, "I probably won't be much help there, all I remember is letting you out of a closet"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: He chuckled and bit a little harder on his lip. ~In more ways that one~

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia stared at the pages after resting his head on Abarron's shoulder for a moment. "I called a couple publishers and half of them want a summary of the first few chapters"

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: "Yeah, but let's not Jynx ourselves"

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: "Wouldn't dream of it..."

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: Zodia looked at him and kissed him again, whether he was ready for it or not.

2008-10-31 [DragonicTunes]: It startled him slightly but he still kissed back

2008-10-31 [MadHatress]: He chuckled a little and broke away. "Sorry, I didn't warn you"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia chuckled a little and looked back down at the book's pages. "Any ideas for the next part?..."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Um..." He bit his lip, "Not precisely, I've never been very good at writing..."

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: "okay." He snapped it shut and set it down.

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Sorry..."

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia sighed. "It's fine. We've got a few more days to turn in a summary"

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Maybe we could convince Jen to take a sick day at work"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: "That's almost like asking a druggy to stop using coke"

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron chuckled slightly, "Still worth a shot"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia laughed a little as well. "Yeah...true"

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Well...maybe we could go out somewhere than, since there's nothing to do around here"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia nodded. "I'd like that. What kind of place do you want to go to?"

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: He shrugged, "We could just walk and see what there is"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: "Sure! Though it'll be more of an audio tour for you, my friend."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron smiled, "I don't have a problem with that"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia got up. "Then let us get started"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodai smiled still, carefully leading him over a heap of cables. "Be greatful we're not near a dump site"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: He laughed, stopping outside a hospital.

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: He listened, hearing someone with a bad cold getting out of their car

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: "We're infront of the hospital. The one I was born at I think..."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron nodded slightly

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: He looked at Abarron and smiled again, pushing the memories of hisi family out of his head. "Come on, let's head over to the park"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia kissed his cheek and started for the park

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron followed after and moved his hand down into Zodia's hand

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia started to laugh "So, here might be a dumb statement: I don't know If I'm gay or bi."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: Abarron shrugged, "I never really thought about it..."

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: "I didn't either, until we started...experimenting."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Same here, pretty much"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: He looked around again and spotted the park. "I used to think it was your sister I was attracted to..."

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: "Serious?"

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: Zodia laughed. "Yeah. She's cute, independant..but not my type"

2008-11-01 [DragonicTunes]: He tried to imagine them together, "She'd...probably turn you into her whipping boy, her last boyfriend was lucky to get away with just a black eye..."

2008-11-01 [MadHatress]: He bit his lip and sat on a park bench, pulling Abarron down to his side. "I don't need more of that in my life."
